Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Own the event project plan, milestones, and communications across multiple teams
• Build and manage the event within the event management platform, including registration, reporting, and attendee communications
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution
• Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines, identifying risks or dependencies early
• Support onsite logistics and vendor coordination as needed

Basic Qualifications :

$40 - $42 an hour
