Job Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Experience working on retail and restaurant ground up projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
