• Established clinic needs a permanent Family NP
• Provider schedule : Four 10-Hour Shifts per week and have some flexibility to a different schedule if preferred
• No Nights, Weekends or Call
• Clinic sees up to 16 patients per day
• Must be able to see all ages.
• Will work with other providers and full support staff
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in a rural area
• Prefers active CA license, but will wait for a CA license on right provider.
