Location : Tracy, CA
Status : Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Assistant to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes that support our residents and team. What You’ll Do :
✅ Requirements :
Must be 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent required DOJ fingerprint clearance (LIC 508) & TB test / health screening (LIC 503) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking Mobile phone capable of calls / text for work purposes Valid driver’s license and insurance OR reliable transportation Ability to clock in / out via designated software (per CA labor code) Subject to a 90-day probationary period I-9 eligibility verification and reference checks required
Preferred :
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or property management Accounts receivable, payroll, or HR support experience Customer service or hospitality background Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
