A well-established practice in Clinton, Iowa is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to step into an existing, busy patient panel.

Position Highlights :

Join a team of 3 Internists and 1 APP in a collegial practice

Outpatient-focused with optional inpatient / hospitalist collaboration

Monday–Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (no weekend clinic hours)

Walk into a busy, established patient base

Less than 15-minute commutes from anywhere in the city

Practice autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support

Collaborative subspecialty network : Rheumatology, Nephrology, Pulmonology

Welcoming new grads and experienced physicians

J-1 visa support available (No H-1B sponsorship)

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive base salary (share your expectations; to be discussed at interview)

$100,000 sign-on bonus

CME stipend : $5,000

✅ Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (within 3 years of residency completion)

Active Iowa medical license or willing to obtain upon offer

Clean license and malpractice history preferred
