Job descriptionBS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as an infra or DevOps engineer, building scalable and reliable web applications, preferably at a pre‑Series B startup. Tech Lead experience is a plus. Ability to decompose large problems into deliverable milestones and deliver against the plan. Strong proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Dynamo). Experience with Docker and container orchestration systems. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience with and enjoyment of creating prototypes and experimenting quickly. About the role
Skills : AWS, Postgres, Kubernetes, Python, Terraform
You will play a critical role in building our platform, driving the technical direction of our company. This hands‑on position involves working on all parts of our infra—from our environments to the services that run on them—while collaborating with other engineers, designers, and founders. It is a great opportunity to create lasting impact on both the primary product and the company’s values and vision.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our AWS infrastructure and ensure environments are usable and stable.
- Create tooling to allow developers to safely and efficiently use our AWS environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to build a user‑friendly and intuitive platform that meets customer needs.
- Help define and execute the technical roadmap, balancing debt and innovation to meet business goals.
- Invent, extend, and maintain development processes, tools, and workflows.
