Brand Designer II, Device Brand Studio

As a Brand Designer II at Device Brand Studio youll lead the creative vision for campaign events across our device portfolio. Youll drive concept development and execute creative for high-impact seasonal campaigns major product launches and brand initiatives. Youll collaborate with creative teams product marketing managers and senior leaders to deliver compelling digital campaigns that span .

This role blends hands-on design with strategic thinking. Youll collaborate with creative teams in developing visually impactful work across owned and operated channels adapt style guides for each device brand and ensure visual consistency while meeting key deadlines. Youll also mentor our Costa Rica-based design production team ensuring their output meets the quality bar you set.

Youll work closely with project managers and creative directors to define timelines and lead the development of breakthrough creative concepts--translating complex technical ideas into memorable customer experiences.
In addition this role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with engineers and creatives to explore how AI can streamline asset production. Youll help shape the future of how AI supports scalable high-volume creative work.

Key job responsibilities
* You have at least 5 years of design and art direction experience with an expert ability to develop innovative creative work across high volume digital campaign events
* You understand how best to translate corporate style guides and customize them for the campaign at hand
* You are well-versed in graphic design branding photography and art direction as it pertains to print digital and motion.
* You possess excellent design and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate and if necessary redirect creative development.
* You are naturally curious and passionate about design--with a deep awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools technologies resources and trends.
* You are a motivated and driven art director that collaborates well with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems.
* Youre a strong communicator with great presentation skills that is able to articulate ideas in a clear manner engage in healthy debate and accept directional feedback. Must be able to communicate effectively both up and down a creative organization.
* You have in depth knowledge of the end-to-end process of campaign development including effectively staffing projects providing timely and helpful feedback to improve the work

- 5 years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and Acrobat using macOS
- Experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience using Figma Photoshop and Illustrator

- Experience with e-commerce search social and other major application types and their UX patterns
- Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience with art directing and/or creating CGI environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
