Responsibilities :
Design and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts to meet seasonal menus.Ensure high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.Manage inventory and order supplies for pastry preparation.Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dessert offerings.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance dessert offerings.Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.Requirements :
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.Formal culinary training or relevant certifications preferred.Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.Creativity and a passion for baking and dessert innovation.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.About Us :
