Physician- led Holzer Health System is seeking an additional BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to grow our team of over 35 providers (including NPs and residents) in our Pomeroy, Ohio clinic. Come practice autonomously in a rural community where you'll make a difference, with a supportive employer.

  • Average patient load- 18 per day
  • 36 patient hours a week (outpatient only)
  • No call, weekends, or holidays
  • 1 to 1 nurse staff
  • Flexible schedule
  • Scribe eligible after 6 months
  • Easy commute to Athens, Ohio
  • Hard working, close knit team
  • Patient center driven care

Compensation package includes :

  • Competitive two-year guaranteed salary, plus production incentive + extra bonus potential
  • $40,000 Sign on bonus
  • Moving expense reimbursement
  • Student loan reimbursement
  • Early commitment monthly stipend (when signed prior to completion of residency / fellowship program)
  • CME reimbursement and time off
