Manager Integration Platform

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager, Integration Platform to lead our team at Circle K. This role is crucial for managing the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide integration platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, are seamlessly connected to support our global business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in integration technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists.

The Manager, Integration Platform reports to the Director, Enterprise Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Platform Management : Oversee the administration, maintenance, and evolution of our integration platform, ensuring its stability, security, and performance.
• Solution Architecture : Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to define integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Project Delivery : Manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, from initial scoping and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide strategic guidance on solution design.
• Governance : Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the integration platform, including API lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Technical Expertise : Stay current with new integration technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and platforms to improve efficiency and capability.
