Job description

Our client is looking for a Facilities Technician to support building maintenance, safety, and operations.

  • Location : Carpinteria, CA
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM (occasional OT / Saturdays)
  • Pay : Starting at $25.24 / hour

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Assist with special projects and facility improvements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
