What You’ll Need
- VDOT Expertise : Mastery of VDOT's rigorous standards and regulations.
- Materials and Safety Knowledge : Ensure projects adhere to strict quality, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Technical Proficiency : Skilled in materials testing equipment and proficient in construction management software.
- Leadership and Management : Unmatched leadership and management prowess.
- Education : A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required .
- Extensive Construction Experience : A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred .
- Credentials : Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred .
