Salary : 80,000 - 100,000 per year DOE

What Youll Do :

As Clinical Director, youll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of Amethysts programs and provide direct supervision to our supervisors and therapists. Youll also help shape clinical strategy, strengthen quality assurance, and collaborate with agency leadership to expand services and impact.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing clinical supervision to supervisors, therapists, and support staff
• Managing program development, including protocols, service models, and training plans
• Ensuring documentation, service delivery, and treatment plans meet ethical and regulatory standards
• Conducting regular clinical team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews
• Monitoring client care processes from intake to discharge
• Leading performance evaluations and staff development planning
• Supporting credentialing efforts and clinician recruitment
• Participating in strategic planning, quality improvement, and grant-related initiatives
• Collaborating with MCOs, referral sources, and community partners
• Staying current on evidence-based practices and emerging trends in behavioral health
