Monday – Friday 8-hour days

Facility Setting? LTACH

1-2 years experience

FL lic required

Number of beds in your facility? 40

EMR for your facility : Protouch / Net Health

Scrub colors / dress code : Navy Blue

Parking Location : Employee parking

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-FL

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
