Staff ML Engineer, IT Data & Analytics

What to Expect We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Engineering and Analytics team. As a full-stack Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on a wide range of models, including parametric, text, and image-based models, that power key business functions. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and deploying classification, regression, optimization, and recommendation algorithms, as well as search and image-NLP algorithms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to production, serving millions of users
• Collaborate with product, business, and end-users to ensure successful model implementation
• Own production models end-to-end, from writing ETLs for features to serving models using our in-house ML platform
• Contribute to the development and automation of our ML Platform with high ownership
• Work on a wide range of models, including classification, regression, optimization, and recommendation algorithms

Expected Compensation $144,000 - $240,000 / annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
