CHI St. Gabriel's Health is actively recruitinga Physician to join our well established clinic in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position is in direct response to expanding services needs of thevibrant communities we serve.

The ideal candidate forthis position will be :

• Must be a BE / BC Family Medicine w / OB Physician
• Experienced inFamily Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
• Full time 40-hour work week
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
• Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
• This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer

Whether you've come to shop, take in our parks and museums, participate in any number of activities, we know you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that Little Falls has it all.Little Falls is located in Morrison County in Central Minnesota and on the banks of the Mississippi River. A community of approximately 8,500 residents; Little Falls has small-town charm with numerous opportunities to visit, shop, and dine. Many of our attractions are within walking or biking distance. Visit the Historic Downtown and stop in at Great River Arts Center to view the many extraordinary talents of local artists. Walk the ground of Linden Hill Conference and Retreat Center, Lindbergh State Park, and visit the childhood home of local hero Charles A. Lindbergh. Other sites of interest, rich with history, are the Minnesota Fishing Museum and the Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Museum. A short drive to the north takes you to Camp Ripley where you can spend time at the Minnesota Military Museum or the Camp Ripley Environmental Center. Just to the east of Camp Ripley you have the opportunity to honor veterans with a visit to the breathtaking Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Pay Range

$180.38 - $189.40 / hour
