Compensation :

$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities :

  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Qualifications :

  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Technology driven
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

    • What We Ask of You :

  • Experience : At least a year in Real Estate sales, or a gross sales volume exceeding $2 million in the past year
  • Tech-Savvy : Openness to learning new systems, tools, and technologies
  • Communication : Must excel in both verbal and written communication
  • Drive : Exceptional organizational and time management skills
