Operations and Customer Support Assistant
Location : Charlotte, NC
Salary : $50,000–$55,000 per year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Travel : Occasional within North America
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations / Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work across logistics, customer service, and light technical tasks. You’ll play an essential part in supporting daily operations, customer satisfaction, and team success while learning and growing with an innovative, international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics and shipping activities
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Perform light technical work, including basic wireless system repairs (training provided)
- Support customers using ERP and CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Occasionally travel within North America to support company projects
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and procedures
