Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Carpenter who is responsible for providing a range of general carpentry services to support facility maintenance and improvements. This role includes tasks such as office space renovations, minor cabinetry production, building maintenance, and custom framing work. The Carpenter plays a key role in ensuring the safety, function, and aesthetic quality of the facility by performing both scheduled and on-demand maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and custom builds.
• Support office space renovations and reconfigurations including wall, door, and ceiling modifications.
• Construct and install minor cabinetry and shelving, and provide specialized framing services for items such as plaques and awards.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks including :

Troubleshooting and repairing minor structural and fixture issues.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
