What we need :

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position will partner closely with operations, accounting, and executive leadership to deliver insights that enhance profitability, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in the development of the company's annual planning process and monthly forecasts
• Own long planning model, partnering closely with Corporate Development team and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that support scenario analysis and other strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy by gathering and interpreting financial and operational data

Compensation :

Guardian is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Location : This role is a hybrid role - requiring 2-3 days / week in the downtown Denver office.
