Job Title : End-to-End State License & Credentialing Coordinator
Location : Chamblee, GA
Job Overview :
The End-to-End State License & Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire process of state license applications and renewals, ensuring that all healthcare providers are properly licensed, credentialed, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Unlike other companies, this role handles both the collection of necessary documentation and the application process for Docs and PAs. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in applying for state licenses and handling renewals, with a focus on DEA, CAQH, and other regulatory renewals. This role is not limited to insurance verification but extends to full license application management. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with both state and federal guidelines, including knowledge of state license boards in Georgia (GA), and familiarity with Florida (FL) and South Carolina (SC) is a plus, with Texas (TX) being a future requirement.

Familiarity with MedTrainer is a plus, but not required. If you have experience building or managing a tracking system, we would like to see it or understand how you've structured it in past roles.
- Process Ownership : This position requires full ownership of the licensing and credentialing process. Candidates must have experience managing the entire lifecycle of state license applications and renewals, not just a portion of the process.
