Shifts : Night - 8-Hour Overnight Patrol Shift

Pay : Competitive – Based on experience

Requirements : Active Delaware Yellow Guard Card; Active and Valid Drivers License

About the Role :

We are seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our overnight vehicle patrol team. This position is responsible for conducting vehicle patrols of client properties to ensure safety, deter suspicious activity, and provide excellent customer service. Officers must remain alert, observant, and proactive while maintaining a visible security presence.

Responsibilities :

• Perform scheduled and random vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity, trespassing, or policy violations.
• Accurately complete patrol reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or service calls as directed.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors throughout shift.
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing property rules and regulations.

Position Summary :

A Signal Patrol Officer will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety.
