Duration : 06 Months Contract
Job Description :
- Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model; first point of contact for all hourly associates
- Lead on employee escalations, investigations, complaints
- Provide support and coaching to Front Line Supervisors
- Support HR Manager in coaching the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters
- Provide advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolution
- Facilitate HR system processes and ensure data accuracy through digital tools; analyze data to support HR team in making better and strategic recommendations to the business
- Own and lead all hourly recruitment at the site : sourcing, coordinating interviews, hiring, onboarding, etc.
- Participate in improvement and innovation efforts through ownership and management of the “People” aspect of the client Performance System in the manufacturing environment.

Lead employee hiring / contractor conversion efforts to ensure continuity in workforce requirementsContribute to employees' professional development and embrace the talent strategy by supporting the identification and assessment of the best talent as well as ways to support and develop our peopleFacilitate and lead learning initiatives across the site. Partner with other functions to provide resources to develop our teamsFacilitate and lead the various initiatives for digital connectivity for our hourly associatesExperience :
Maintain positive employee engagement by focusing on listening strategies to gatherfeedback and provide coaching to leadership teams on solutions for improvement.Lead employee activities, employee recognition programs, career development and communication forums.Lead DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Committee at the siteLead community involvement with local schools and colleges to improve employer branding and talent acquisition effortsSkills :
Must have domestic mobility (international mobility a plus!)Strong leadership skills : collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization, and project managementStrong verbal and written communications skills working in a manufacturing settingYou must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environmentPrevious work in a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with line and unit managers is a plusProficiency in Excel, as well as ability to manage digital systems to analyze dataThe role requires on-site support with flexibility to support multiple shifts, and work remotely 1 day per weekMust be authorized to work in the USBilingual Spanish and English preferredEducation :
