A newly acquired skilled nursing facility in Pittsburgh, PA (under 190 beds) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations and guide the team through an exciting new chapter of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and all federal and state regulations.
Lead, mentor, and support department heads in achieving quality care and operational goals.
Drive census development and maintain positive community relationships.
Manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Maintain survey readiness and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Active LNHA license in Pennsylvania (required).
Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
