Job Title : Integration Specialist

Location : Salem, NH

Pay Rate : $24.00 / hour

Job Type : Full-Time | On-site (with occasional travel to client sites)

Start Date : ASAP

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Salem, NH. This hands-on role involves configuring, testing, and installing IT hardware-including servers, network appliances, and switches-both in our Integration Lab and at client locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hardware setup (racking and stacking), a solid understanding of networking components, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and configure customer systems to specifications.

Install and update firmware, OS, BIOS / UEFI, RAID, and out-of-band management settings.

Respond to urgent requests within 15 minutes and non-urgent requests within 4 hours.
