Overview :

We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced office in Addison. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a growing team known for its supportive culture and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Enter and update customer information and orders in company systems with accuracy.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Handle billing questions, product information requests, and general customer follow-up.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude with both customers and teammates.

Qualifications :

1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (office or call center preferred).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.

Ability to start immediately and work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
