Your primary responsibility as a Food Runner will be to create memorable moments for our guests. You will stock and organize the expo area, restock plates and service items, and act as a liaison between the Heart of House and the dining room to maintain the guest's desired pace. You should be knowledgeable about steak excellence, plating standards, and menu features, and be able to describe dishes to guests. Additional duties include deshelling lobster tails, marking tables for the next course, taking off-premises orders, using proper packaging, processing payments, and closing checks.

Compensation Range : Varies by location, plus tips.
