Job descriptionDelivery Volume : 6 deliveries per week per physician Clinic Volume : 15-20 patients per day Practice Mix : 50% Low-Risk Pregnancy 50% High-Risk Pregnancy 20% C-Sections 35% Office GYN No Surgical GYN required Supervision : Oversight of 2 CNMs (not formal supervision) Team Composition Certified Nurse Midwives : 2 MFM : Virtual support Clinic Support : RNs and ultrasound techs Hospital Beds : 39 ICU Beds : 4 Trauma Level : III Nursery Level : II (with transfer available to higher NICUs) Exam Rooms : 13 Onsite Resources : Lab Ultrasound (performed by techs) EMR : Epic (clinic and hospital) Required ProceduresObstetrics : FHR Interpretation (NST, CST, FSE) OB Ultrasound (Level I / Screening) Vaginal Deliveries Low Forceps Decision-making and performance of C-Sections Complicated Deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions) 3rd & 4th Degree Laceration Repairs Office GYN : IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP Surgical GYN : Open procedures Laparoscopic (tubal ligation, LOA, chromopertubation) Major / operative (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy) A rated malpractice Weekly direct deposit 24 / 7 dedicated recruiter support Professional onboarding and credentialing Prepaid travel and lodging Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness

- Clinic : 4 days / week (Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM)
- Call :
- 1 : 4 rotation
- 8 days of call per month
- CNMs generally take first call on weekends
- 24-hour In-house Call : No
- Call Back Rate :
- Weekdays : 80%
- Weekends : 80%
- OB : 80%
- GYN : 20%
