We are building an exceptional opening team and are seeking Line Cooks for the Cold Kitchen / Garde Manger station who bring creativity, precision, and passion for presentation.

What We’re Looking For
Job Description
As a Cold Kitchen / Garde Manger Line Cook, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your station with precision, ensuring all mise en place, sauces, dressings, and garnishes are ready for service. You will execute dishes such crudos, ceviches, composed salads, and raw bar specialties, and desserts. Maintaining exact standards for freshness, flavor, and presentation.
You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to coordinate plating, balance flavors, and ensure timing with other kitchen stations / sushi cook. Cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are key.
This is a flexible position with full availability required on weekends, holidays, and nights.
