Overview
This Master Production Planner role supports mission readiness by managing depot-level repairs, refurbishment, and tracking assets while ensuring strict configuration control. The position is onsite in Pittsfield, MA within a dynamic multi-company, badge-less work environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain master production schedules in a fast-paced, low volume, high variability manufacturing environment.
- Lead production scheduling on a complex, multi-IPT / company team.
- Develop and manage production and repair schedules to meet delivery commitments.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Depot Operations to ensure timely flow of materials, tooling, and resources.
- Analyze factory operation systems and coordinate between functions for continuous improvement.
- Plan capacity in compliance with program requirements.
- Track material shortages, delays, and schedule risks, implementing corrective actions to minimize impact.
- Report daily to multiple government and non-government customers.
- Occasional travel to other facilities or government sites may be required.
- Work outside standard hours may be necessary to meet program deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years' experience. Experience in lieu of education can be substituted.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling tool to manage scheduling constraints.Experience managing schedule constraints and working with task / project owners on mitigation strategies.Qualifications Preferred
Current / active U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.7-10+ years with ERP / MRP system management, production planning, logistics in a defense or aerospace environment.Prior experience supporting Navy and / or DoD programs preferred.Highly organized, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.Ability to communicate schedules timely, clearly and effectively with project managers, shop leadership and department managers.Benefits

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD.
