JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Our client is a locally owned and highly respected engineering company in Austin that is looking to add a Mechanical Engineer PE / PM with HVAC and / or plumbing design experience to their growing team.
• This is a FT, Direct Hire position at an outstanding company in a great location with generous compensation, benefit, bonus / 401K, and PTO programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) :

1. Do you have Mechanical Engineer degree with a PE license (Professional Engineer)

2. Do you have experience with HVAC and / or plumbing design work on project types that include Commercial office, multifamily, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, healthcare , etc.

3. Do you have experience with Revit as the main CAD system required

4. Do you have AutoCAD expereince

5. Do you have Project management experience - NICE TO HAVE :

6. Do you have Experienced user of Revit, AutoCAD is less desirable - NICE TO HAVE :

7. Do you have experience with HVAC modeling programs such as TRACE700, CHVAC7.0, and / or AIRMaster is a big plu - NICE TO HAVE :
