Associate Attorney – Land Use | Orlando

A well-regarded firm in Orlando is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of land use experience to join its expanding practice. This position provides the opportunity to work on both litigation and transactional matters involving zoning, permitting, real estate development, and regulatory compliance.

What They’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in land use, zoning, or related real estate matters

Background in both litigation and transactional work, including hearings, negotiations, and document drafting

Familiarity with development approvals, municipal boards, and permitting processes preferred

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in zoning and land use matters before local boards and administrative agencies

Handle litigation related to land use disputes, zoning challenges, and development approvals

Draft and negotiate development agreements, contracts, and related real estate documents

Advise clients on local, state, and municipal land use regulations

Collaborate with developers, municipalities, and community stakeholders to facilitate project goals
