Our practice is searching for bilingual licensed Psychotherapists or Pre-licensed join our dynamic team of mental health specialists. The successful candidate will assist in providing psychological and behavioral assessments, diagnostic intakes, schedule sessions and provide individual and family therapy to diverse population. This candidate will work closely with our team to design treatment plans that maximize customer satisfaction. The right candidate will also have prior experience in psychiatry and possess the ability to create treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Our office is located near Tufts University in a well managed office Building. We will help you with the credentialing process. We serve a diverse clienteles including local college students in the area(Tufts, Harvard, MIT, BU etc), young professionals, LGBTQ and looking to start serving some High school students.

You will be in charge of your caseload. You can make more than the suggested hourly rate. You will be in control of the number of clients and your own schedule. You will no problem getting clients as our practice receives a large volume of calls and referrals. We would like the right candidate to be cultural sensitive and comfortable to work with BIPOC.

• We are specifically looking for Bilingual Haitian-Creole and Spanish speaking candidates for this position.

This is a W2 position

Strong collaborative interpersonal skills

State licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice independently as a LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

We are looking to hire Post-master's, pre-licensed Social workers and Counselors

We will provide supervision and consultation.

Masters Degree(MA), MSW / LCSW , M.Ed

Pay rate : $40-$70 hourly
