Job Description

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports. Oversee quality control to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Manage on-site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• A strong background in the construction industry, with hands-on experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Experience managing projects in the commercial, education, and / or healthcare spaces.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
