Senior Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the proposal process for large-scale federal acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full proposal lifecycle for FEDSIM acquisitions, including schedule management and compliance tracking

Develop and enforce compliance matrices to align with solicitation requirements and FEDSIM standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content and oversee the development of written volumes and presentation materials

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing proposals for Federal government acquisitions, particularly with FEDSIM pursuits

Deep knowledge of FEDSIM procurement processes and requirements

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Proficiency with proposal tools and platforms such as SharePoint and MS Office Suite
