Job Description :

As a Sales Support Specialist, youll partner closely with our National Account Manger to streamline the sales process and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. Youll manage everything from quote creation and pricing files to sample shipments and CRM updates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives on organization and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and promotional product proposals
• Maintain and update pricing files, cost sheets, and stock lists
• Review product offerings and competitive catalogs for updates
• Conduct product sourcing and market research
• Track sales opportunities and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate sample shipments, order follow-ups, and delivery tracking
• Support sales meetings, trade shows, and event prep
• Follow up on quotes and samples to help close deals
• Provide cross-functional administrative support across departments
