Job Summary (EHR Helpdesk Analyst Raleigh, NC)
Serve as senior technical lead and subject matter expert for Epic EHR support within a centralized IT Helpdesk. Provide advanced support for Epic EHR and related healthcare applications. Supervise, mentor, and guide helpdesk teams in a healthcare environment. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document Epic?related incidents and service requests. Utilize ServiceNow for managing tickets and workflow. Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure seamless support for healthcare operations. Leverage strong understanding of clinical workflows to improve support processes. Work in a hybrid environment in Raleigh, NC; local / state experience preferred. Ensure compliance with state and organizational IT policies and procedures.
