Senior Cost Analyst

Finance Position

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in both industry and government acquisitions, with at least 4 of those years specifically supporting space programs. Relevant education may be considered as a substitute for experience. Master's Degree (B / S) in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• The applicant will help define military space system scope, requirements, configurations, and identify, track, and quantify technical, cost, and schedule risks for the United States Space Force Innovation and Prototyping Acquisition Delta (SSC / SZI).
• The applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering cost estimates for space defense acquisition related projects.
• Applicant will be responsible for creating estimates using ACEIT software.
• Applicant will be responsible for understanding EVM and other techniques to monitor / extrapolate cost / schedule performance during mission execution.
• The applicant should be familiar with stochastic modeling and have an understanding of how to apply sophisticated statistical and analytical techniques and convey the meaning of the results to DOD decision makers.
