Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services

Overcome barriers to ensure members receive necessary health services and education

Document conversations accurately in members' health records

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D

High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications

Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace

Professional communication and active listening skills
