What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of intake specialists to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee new client inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate handling
• Develop and refine intake workflows, staffing plans, and department protocols
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report on department performance
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless client transitions
• Promote a culture grounded in communication, empathy, and accountability
