Job descriptionViews : 20 Visit Carhartt Wholesale accounts with designated selling space to provide visual merchandising training to store management and associates. Provide information from the store level to assist in developing new processes and programs for the visual merchandising department. Identify opportunities to elevate shop presentation, ensure Carhartt standards are met, and provide associate training that drives revenue. Execute Carhartt shop installations. Communicate store-level information and feedback to cross-functional partners (Sales, Retail Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising) and across organization levels including Senior Leadership Team. Collaborate with Carhartt partners and develop strategies supporting retail merchandising activities, including store evaluations, redesign of retail floor, seasonal floor sets, signage, lifestyle elements, and training. Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in Merchandising or Marketing is required. Experience : 2 years of visual merchandising, visual design, or marketing experience with emphasis in a multi-retailer / manufacturer environment is required. Softlines / apparel experience preferred. Retail floor planning software experience preferred. Experience with retail plan-o-grams. Skills : Excellent written and oral communication, ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners; outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency. Other : Ability to travel frequently (75%). Travel : 75% of the time Mobility : Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods Lifting : Moderate lifting (15-30 lbs) Location : Remote; no regular on-site requirement; on-site travel limited to special events BA / BS or equivalent experience required in Merchandising or Marketing MS Office proficiency required Remote position with some travel required Keywords : Dearborn jobs
