What You Will Do
Drive excellence in the customer experience through on-the-floor leadership and coachingSet the example for achieving personal sales goals and building relationships through quality outreachIdentify learning opportunities by being present on the sales floor and providing feedback in the momentSupport Store Manager in larger scale initiatives and operationsCoach on store visual standardsOwn financial reporting and daily updatesSupports the Store manager with coaching, developing, and resolving conflicts with all members of the teamSupports store operations by enforcing company programs, initiatives, policies, and proceduresRegularly and consistently abides by all Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included withinWho You Are
