Information Technology User Support Technician
Position Summary : The Help Desk Technician provides advanced support to end users.
The Technology Support Technician provides advanced support to end users and others. The Support Technician assists with projects to include conducting proactive maintenance and monitoring to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Department : District Office Technology Infrastructure and Information Systems (High School Campus as assigned)
Reports to : Director of Technology Infrastructure and Information Systems
Training and Experience :
FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Hourly Position
Salary Placement : Appropriate placement on the Classified Non-Exempt Salary Schedule
