Mammography Technologist

Currently looking for Mammography Technologists II to fill openings with outpatient facilities located around the Bonita Springs, FL area. Interested candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, be ARRT Registered in mammography as well as ARRT or ARDMS Registered in Breast Ultrasound and be able to obtain a Florida Radiologic Technology license.

Responsibilities of the Mammography Technologist

• Must be ARRT Registered in mammography as well as ARRT or ARDMS Registered in Breast Ultrasound.
• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, bone density and specialized breast diagnostic imaging under the direction of a qualified physician
• Ensures that quality control as required under the MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) is being met. Assists the Radiologist in Breast Biopsies and Needle localizations
