The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Duties : Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.
• Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
• Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Update inventory records in the database accurately and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock situations to the Inventory Manager.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas following company standards.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
