What You'll Be Doing

  • ?? Design & Development – Assist in crafting detailed plans, specifications, and inspection reports that bring projects to life.
  • ?? Technical Collaboration – Work alongside seasoned engineers to develop substation designs and construction drawings.
  • ?? Project Coordination – Help prepare material lists, oversee labor contracts, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • ?? Innovation in Action – Provide direction to designers and CAD operators, translating engineering concepts into precise deliverables.
  • ?? Vendor & Client Interaction – Engage with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • ?? Engineering Mastery – Gain hands-on experience in specialized areas such as physical layout design, protection / control design, relay programming, and substation commissioning.
  • ?? Tech-Savvy Approach – Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and documentation.
  • ?? Continuous Learning – Stay ahead in the field with mentorship, cutting-edge projects, and real-world problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

  • ? Degree – B.S. in Electrical Engineering (a must).
  • ? Experience – 0-2 years in engineering (new grads welcome!).
  • ? Certification – Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
  • ? Mindset – A proactive problem-solver eager to learn, adapt, and innovate.
  • ? Team Player – Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
