Join Our Team as a Host / Hostess Where First Impressions Matter

Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking an enthusiastic and personable Host / Hostess to be the welcoming face of our growing restaurant. Weekends are a must, as they are our busiest and most rewarding times to connect with guests.

What You'll Do

  • Warm Welcomes : Greet every guest with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Efficient Seating : Manage our reservation system and seating chart to ensure a smooth flow of guests, accommodating preferences and special requests.
  • Menu Knowledge : Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed menu information to enhance their dining choices.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.
  • Retail Assistance : Process retail purchases, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions with accuracy.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Age Requirement : Must be at least 21 years old, as you'll be assisting with wine service.
  • Weekend Availability : Full availability on Fridays through Sundays is required.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable navigating reservation platforms and POS systems.
  • Experience : Previous hosting experience in an upscale, high-volume setting is preferred.
  • Personality : Outgoing, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Stamina : Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Certification : Must obtain an Indiana liquor server's permit.
  • Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
