As a SONIC Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include :
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including restaurant management experience, especially in QSR, and multi-unit supervision experience. Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, sanitation regulations, and leadership skills are essential.

The job requires a valid driver's license and, preferably, ServSafe certification. Basic computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to appearance and hygiene standards are also necessary.
