As a SONIC Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include :

• Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation.
• Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.
• Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management in performing duties across various stations such as Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop, and Drive-Thru, ensuring standards are met during shifts.
• Monitoring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
• Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly, reporting to supervisors as needed.
• Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service levels.
• Monitoring costs related to food, labor, supplies, and inventory, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Supervising vendor performance and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Auditing employment and payroll records.
• Emphasizing guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints respectfully.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Approving compensation within company guidelines.
• Preparing operational reports and developing action plans to address financial or sales issues.
• Developing and implementing regional marketing plans.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including restaurant management experience, especially in QSR, and multi-unit supervision experience. Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, sanitation regulations, and leadership skills are essential.
