The Role : Sales Development Ambassador

We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented team member to support our growth across the Southeast (VA ? FL). This is a sales support position designed for someone eager to learn, build confidence in sales, and grow into a larger role.

You'll be on the front lines of outreach : setting appointments, attending events, cold calling, and doing in-person proximity marketing to introduce Internet Subway to property managers. If you're competitive, energetic, and excited about starting a career in sales, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Setting : Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers.
  • Event Engagement : Attend industry mixers, trade shows, and regional events to represent Internet Subway and generate leads.
  • Cold Outreach : Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel.
  • Proximity Marketing : Visit properties in person to drop off materials, introduce the brand, and build awareness in the territory.
  • CRM Discipline : Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up.
  • Event Support : Provide support for in-person events by calling and setting appointments for the event on behalf of the attending sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (tech, telecom, or multifamily preferred but not required).
  • Comfort making high-volume cold calls and engaging strangers in person.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to hit targets.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
