POSITION – Accounting Clerk

JOB LOCATION – Brown Deer, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift

STARTING PAY – $25 to $27 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – Associate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, Quickbooks Pro experience required!

As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping financials accurate and organized. This position is ideal for someone who can stay focused, handle multiple priorities, and take ownership of their work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Maintain and update financial reports in QuickBooks Pro
• Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies
